Organisational and Workplace Mediation
Workplace conflict can affect communication, productivity, morale, and working relationships. Organizational mediation provides a structured and confidential process for addressing conflicts between employees, managers, teams, departments, boards, and other workplace stakeholders.
I help participants identify underlying concerns, improve understanding, and work toward practical solutions that support healthier relationships and more effective collaboration. Whether the conflict involves individuals, teams, or broader organizational dynamics, mediation can provide a constructive path forward.
Civil Mediation
Civil mediation assists individuals, businesses, and organizations in resolving disputes without the time, expense, and uncertainty often associated with formal legal processes. Mediation allows parties to retain control over decision-making while exploring practical options for resolution.
I provide a neutral and structured process that helps participants clarify issues, better understand one another’s perspectives, and identify solutions that address their interests. Civil mediation may be appropriate for contractual disputes, neighbour conflicts, property matters, business disagreements, and other non-criminal disputes.
Residential Tenancy Mediation
Disputes between landlords and tenants can be stressful, disruptive, and costly when left unresolved. Mediation offers an opportunity for parties to discuss concerns in a respectful and structured environment while exploring options that meet their respective needs and obligations.
I help landlords and tenants communicate effectively, clarify issues, and work toward mutually acceptable agreements regarding tenancy concerns, property use, communication challenges, and other residential disputes.

Fees are determined based on the nature and scope of the engagement. Fixed-fee and custom pricing options are available. Please contact me to discuss your specific needs.
Hourly Rate: $150.00
MOU/Agreement Drafting: $100.00
Discount offered to Non-Profits and those in need.
Additional costs are billed at costs (e.g. travel)
Confidentiality
Mediation provides participants with a confidential and respectful environment to discuss concerns, explore options, and work toward resolution. Creating a safe space for open dialogue is an important part of the mediation process and helps participants engage in conversations that might otherwise be difficult to have.
